In just eight months, the MRM team performed a complete, top-to-bottom re-imagining for the brand — including customer and content strategy; UX; design and content creation; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, performance and analytics; and more. And this is just the first phase.
 
The project started with the migration of Verizon’s existing CMS to AEM. We developed a component library with multiple breakpoints to establish a consistent look and feel, and to support flexible design templates that can be deployed across the network. As the entire site needed to be redesigned and repopulated with content that aligned with Verizon’s new design standards and brand platform, the team performed a master site audit.
 
Throughout the process, the team collaborated closely with Verizon, working together to ensure that brand standards, technical specs and security requirements were all aligned. The end result — a site with capabilities that far exceed the original. And an online experience that is memorable for every visitor.
